Sunday Mornings – We’re going to try something different and see how it works. For those who want to worship in person, we’ll be alternating attendance with a different half of the congregation coming every other week. This will allow us adequate space for everyone each week. Emails went out yesterday, letting families know the schedule. We ask your patience as we endeavor to figure out the best way to “do” Sunday morning worship services under current circumstances. If you would like to attend in-person services on Sunday mornings but did not get an email, please let Susan know (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we’ll get you plugged into a roster.
Small Groups – We’re be getting our groups back together after the holiday break. Your Hope Community leaders will be contacting you with details about your group’s schedule. Want to join a Hope Community this cycle? Email Susan at email@example.com. We have online and in-person groups available.
Prayer & Worship Night – Wednesday, January 20th, 7:30pm – In-person and online – Ben sent out an email discussing plans to incorporate prayer and fasting into our next few weeks. We’ll come together on this Wednesday night to praise our God, who still reigns!
Gals’ Gathering – Saturday, January 23rd, 6:30pm – Ladies – we’ve cooked and shopped and wrapped and decorated for the last 6 weeks or so. Let’s get together for a time to relax and unwind. Come and hang out with some sisters, bring your own snack and drink.
Prayer Meeting – Mondays, 7pm ONLINE & In-person – At Living Hope we strongly believe in the power of prayer and invite everyone to join us as we gather to lift up personal, national and global concerns. We meet at the church, but you can also join us online to connect with fellow prayer warriors. We’ll reassess after the holidays about restarting our bi-weekly trips to local neighborhoods.
Need groceries or know someone who does? Coordinate pick up or delivery of a bag of groceries. If you have questions, have or know of a grocery need or want to help – contact Kristina Rios via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or text 336-232-2900.
COVID19 Benevolence – Since the virus crisis began – we’ve been able, through the Body’s generosity – to establish a fund to provide monetary assistance. If you have or know of someone with a financial need, you can fill out a Benevolence Request. Place your curser over this link and hit “enter” to access the online form: COVID-19 Benevolence Request. You can also copy the link and email the link to anyone in serious need. Someone will reply letting you know form has been received and then again after submission to our Benevolence Committee.
