Worship Service – Sunday, Oct. 24th, 10:30am – So excited to worship with you this week in person or online. Nursery (6 mos – 2yrs) is available for the entire service. Craft Day – Saturday, Oct. 23rd, 10am @ Living Hope – With Christmas just a few months away, Kathleen Litman and Lindsay Nagle have a beautiful Nativity themed décor item planned for this month’s craft day. Reply to this email, contact Kathleen or Lindsay or RSVP in the reminder email to allow them to provide supplies for all interested.
Sunday School for our 3rd thru 7th graders, Oct. 24th – Gloria Cotten is teaching a limited series of lessons, geared to our youngsters, on the 2nd and 4th Sundays each month for the next several months. The kids will join her after worship in one end of the hallway.
Worship & Prayer Night – Wednesday, Oct. 27th, 7pm @ Living Hope – This month, Living Hopefuls have been fasting and praying with a focus on Spiritual Renewal – personal, corporate, global. We’ll culminate the month by coming together for a night of worship and prayer. Small groups are cancelled this week to allow everyone to attend the Worship and Prayer Night. Childcare is provided.
Worship Opportunities, Friday, Oct. 29th, 7pm – Our own Pauline DeLeo and some other very talented musicians from around the Triad are putting together monthly Prayer, Praise and Worship Nights open to all. It’s a great time to gather together and praise our Lord! Location: The Dining Hall at The Camp, 5440 Graystone Court, Greensboro, 27406 Future date: Nov. 19th.
LADIES’ STUDY – Sunday, Oct. 31st, 12:30pm @ Living Hope – It’s not too late to be a part of this new study. We’ll be studying the book of Colossians EVERY OTHER Sunday evening. Consider making this study a priority – you won’t regret it! Bring your bible and an open heart to learn, laugh (or cry) and love with your LHC sisters.
Kiddos – Saturday, Nov. 6th, 10am-12pm @ Living Hope – Kaylyn Welty and our Children’s Ministry are planning a morning filled with fun activities for our toddler thru elementary aged children AND their parents. We’ll have a fun group activity and snacks, but feel free to bring bikes, scooters, chalk and/or balls for free play. Look for an email/post where you can RSVP for this event. Antioch International Ministries(AIM), Saturday, Nov. 13th, 9am – Michael & Gloria Cotten’s ministry meets monthly throughout the year. The theme for the next few months will be “Life in the Holy Spirit” and the meetings are open to all. They meet at The Dining Hall at The Camp, 5440 Graystone Court, Greensboro, 27406.Need groceries or know someone who does? Coordinate pick up or delivery of a bag of groceries. Benevolence – If you have or know of someone with a financial need, you can fill out a Benevolence Request.
